Shop — Functionality

  • How do I access Shop?

    The Shop is accessible from anywhere within 360. To access it, simply:
    1. Log in.
    2. Go to the Shop tab.
  • How do I search for specific content?

    There are two main ways to search for content:
    1. On your computer, browse using the categories listed on the left hand side of the screen or search by entering some or the entire name of whatever it is you're after in the "Search Shop" box in the top left hand corner of the screen.
    2. On your 360 Samsung H1 or M1, browse using the categories listed or search by tapping on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the screen and entering some or the entire name of whatever it is you're after in the search box.
  • How do I find more detail on a piece of content?

    To see a detailed view of a product in Shop:
    1. Log in.
    2. Go to the Shop tab.
    3. Go to the content you want to view in detail.
    4. Click on the content image.
    5. Here you'll find a more in-depth description alongside reviews and ratings from other shoppers, as well as the option to buy.
  • How do I find content that I've recently browsed?

    To view content you've recently looked at:
    1. Log in on your PC or Mac.
    2. Go to the Shop tab.
    3. Click on "Recently viewed" and you'll see the last five items you viewed.
  • Can I change the way I view content?

    There's a variety of ways to view content in Shop:
    1. You can toggle between grid and list views using the icons in the top right of the screen above the main content.
    2. You can filter content on show using the "New releases", "Most downloaded", "Recommended" and "Best rated" dropdown menu to the right of the screen.
  • How do I buy content?

    To buy the content you want from Shop:
    1. Log in on your PC or Mac.
    2. Go to the Shop tab.
    3. Go to the content you want to buy.
    4. Click on the content image to go to the detail page.
    5. Click on "Buy" and follow the instructions.

    To buy the content you want on your 360 Samsung H1 or M1:
    1. Tap on the "Shop" icon on your phone's homescreen.
    2. Go to the content you want to buy.
    3. Tap on the content image to go to the detail page.
    4. Click on "Get item" and follow the instructions.
  • I have a "promo code", how do I use it?

    Currently, promo codes can only be used on the web. To use your promo code, buy your content in the normal way (check out How do I buy content?) and the buying instructions will lead you to "Purchase options", one of which is "Enter your promo code". Enter your promo code here and follow the instructions.
  • How do I download content?

    All content you buy is downloaded directly to your phone. Once you have bought your content from Shop (check out How do I buy content?), we'll send a text message to your phone with a link to download what you've bought.
  • How do I rate or review a piece of content?

    To rate or review content, you need to buy it first. Check out How do I buy content?. Once bought, to rate it:
    1. Log in.
    2. Go to the Shop tab.
    3. Go to the content you bought.
    4. Click on the content image to go to the detail page.
    5. Click on "Write a review".
    6. Follow the instructions.
  • Is there adult content for sale in Shop?

    Currently no, but it's coming soon to some countries. Adult content will appear as a sub-category within the main content categories like Games and Apps.
  • How do I access adult content?

    In most countries where it's available, you'll need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access the adult content. When you try to access content that's rated as "adult", you'll be prompted to enter the PIN. A PIN is not required in every country however. In Spain, before accessing adult content users are always informed they are about to see content of this nature and have to confirm they are more than 18 years old.
  • How do I get my PIN?

    If you live in a country where you need a PIN to access adult content or are unsure if you need a PIN, contact 360 Customer Services or visit any Vodafone store with your proof of age.
  • How do I report content that I think may be abusive or illegal?

    If you find content you think may be abusive or illegal:
    1. Log in.
    2. Go to the Shop tab.
    3. Go to the content in question.
    4. Click on the content image to go to the detail page.
    5. Click on "Report issues".
    6. Follow the instructions.
  • Is the same content available on all phones?

    Different content is available for different phones, but you'll only ever see content that works on the phone(s) you've synced with 360.
  • How do I view content for my different phones?

    If you've registered more than one phone with 360, you'll be able to see the last two devices you registered in the top left hand corner of the screen. Just click on the phone you want to see content for.
  • Can I store content I've bought on the web?

    Currently, your content is stored solely on your phone, but we're working to change this and expect to update it soon so that you can store it on the web.
