  • How do I import my contacts from other web services?

     To import contacts from other web services (such as Facebook):
    1. Log in.
    2. Go to the People tab.
    3. Click on "Add accounts".
    4. Click on the service you want to import from.
    5. Follow the instructions and your contacts will be imported.
    360 will automatically import any new contacts added to all of the web services you've linked to and keep your contacts' details secure and up to date. It's worth noting that importing your contacts can take anything from five to 30 minutes, depending on the number of contacts you have and the time of day you choose to import (peak traffic times will take longer). If nothing happens after one hour, contact 360 Customer Services.

  • How do I invite one of my contacts to join 360?

     Once you've imported your contacts to your 360 account, you can invite them to join 360 and connect to you. Simply:
    1. Log in.
    2. Click on the contact you want to invite and connect to from the list of contacts on the right.
    3. Click on "Invite to 360".
    4. Follow the instructions.

  • How do I save my phone contacts online?

     Each time you sync your phone with 360, all of your contacts are updated and securely stored in your account. They're always accessible from your phone, PC and Mac. To learn how to sync your phone, check out How do I sync my phone?.

    You can also set a sync reminder in your email notifications. Simply:
    1. Log in.
    2. Go to "Settings".
    3. Click on "Account".
    4. Under the "Notification options" header, check the box marked "I haven't synced my phone recently".
    5. You'll now start receiving monthly email reminders to sync your phone. To stop them, just repeat the process and uncheck the box.

  • Can I store contacts from my SIM card on 360?

     Yes. First, copy the contacts from your SIM card to your phone's address book. The next time you sync your phone with 360, these contacts will be updated and stored securely in your account, always accessible from your phone, PC and Mac.

  • What if I've got duplicate contacts from different imports?

     To merge any duplicate contacts into one profile for each. Simply:
    1. Log in.
    2. Go to "People".
    3. Click on the check box in the bottom right of each contact you want to merge. Or hold Control (for PC) or Command (for Mac) when clicking on the contacts to select more than one.
    4. Click on "Merge selected".
    5. Adjust contact details to what you want and click on "Save". To abandon the merge, click on "Leave merge".

  • How do I restore contacts to my phone?

     When you sync your phone with 360, all of the contacts stored in your 360 account (not including your social network contacts) are transferred to your phone.

  • How do I transfer contacts to a new phone?

     To transfer contacts from your old phone to your new one, you first need to sync your old phone to ensure your 360 contact list is up to date.

    To do so, on your phone:
    1. Start the 360 Sync Application.
    2. Click on "Sync now".
    Once complete, you need to register and sync your new phone with 360 using your online account. Simply:
    1. Log in.
    2. Go to "Settings".
    3. Click on "My phones".
    4. Click on "Add phone".
    5. Follow the instructions.
    You can still use your old phone after the contacts have been transferred and updated to your new model. You can even keep both phones in sync with 360.

  • How many contacts can I sync?

     There is no limit to the number of contacts you can sync with your 360 account.
