  • Why do I need to synchronise or sync my phone?

    At its simplest, syncing means copying. When you sync your phone with 360, all of your contacts are brought together in one place and synchronised into a single address book, which can be accessed from your phone, PC or Mac.
    Synchronising is a hassle-free way to ensure that all of your contacts' details are stored securely and kept constantly up to date across all of your devices.
  • How do I sync my phone?

    To sync your phone, you've got to register it with 360 online. You probably did this when you created your profile, but if not:
    1. Log in.
    2. Go to "Settings".
    3. Click on "My phones".
    4. Click on "Add phone".
    5. Follow the instructions.


    Once registered, you can sync your phone. On your phone:
    • To sync your phone with 360, start the Sync Application on your phone and select "Sync now".
  • Where do I find the Sync application on my phone?

    The placement of the Sync application varies on different phones. To find instructions for your phone:
    1. Log in.
    2. Go to "Settings".
    3. Click on "My phones".
    4. Select your phone model to find further instructions.
  • Can I switch syncing off?

    In most cases, in order to keep your phone up to date, 360 automatically syncs your phone.
