Protect Yourself

  1. Protect your privacy

You are always in control of the information you share on 360. We don't share anything without your permission and you can be assured that we adhere to the highest industry standards on privacy and that all your data is securely stored and protected.

You can review your profile information and change your privacy settings at any time. You can decide whether just you, some or all of your connected friends can see your profile, comments, status updates, pictures and contacts. To find out how to manage your privacy settings, click here.

  2. Identity theft

Unfortunately, identity thieves have been known to trawl social networks for information that helps them to build a picture of a person's identity so that they can pretend to be them. If someone gets hold of your personal information, they could use it to do something fraudulent so think carefully before you publish information about yourself.

  3. Other people's privacy

When it comes to publishing information on 360, remember to respect other people's privacy too. For example, before you post a photo of your friends, consider whether they would like to have it published online.

We do everything we can to help protect your privacy on 360. As well as providing a Privacy Notice, we publish a list of prohibited activities in our Terms & Conditions, such as sending unsolicited communications, distributing viruses and impersonating other users. We also have specialist security teams who review and enhance our technical, physical and managerial procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, accidental loss and/or destruction and we provide detailed information about how we use your information.
